all about the metros
these where my first tasty metros,
1- a gun metal gray rover metro 1.1s with go faster red seat belts , it was rocking some central locking and a sunroof. it could mission the bypass pritty quick, i was very sad to see it go …….. : (
2- a not as tasty snott green rover 100, all tho this one was blessed with the “metro-tastic” stickers and transformer symbols, this is the one that had mat black wheel arches because the origanal ones where rusted to fuck……it was the king of sheds!
i just love the metros, i have found one for sale in keighley, the same modle as the yellow one above, a 198-something gta. it needs wellding and a re-spray and a few other things but it could be majer tasty if i can get it for the right price. it would be propper “old school!”
